Agent Levels

ERPOnline offers its agents five levels of agency with associated parameters as below:

Agent Points is the points you earn from each and every order placed to us using your Affiliate Code. Agent points you earn can be calculated as Points = Customer Order value * USD/VND Rate where VND / USD rate may vary from time to time according to Vietcombank source. For example, with the current USD/VND rate of abt' 21,739, each order with value of $1000 will bring you 21,739,000 agent points. Such the same ten orders per month could bring you more than 200 million points to make you become a diamond agent to get the biggest commission rate from us.

When you first Register to become an agent of ours, your level will be standard. During your operation, you will be upgraded to higher level automatically as soon as you reach the the minimum target of the next level. For instance, when you earn 50,000,000 poinst, your level will be upgraded to bronze; If you reach 100,000,000 points, your level will be silver.

Minimum target is a mandatory number of agent points you must earn to keep your level to not be downgraded.

Time for automatic level downgrade is the number of continuous months that you does NOT meet the minimum target before your level will be downgraded automatically.

Affiliate Code

When you Register to become an agent of ours, you will be granted to access the Agent Dashboard in which you will find a tool that allows you to generate your own Affiliate Code. Each Affiliate Code is a unique string containing 7 (seven) characters that can be used in one or more of the following ways:

Passing the code to your customers and let them input when they place an order to us. You will get your commission accordingly!
Concatenating the code with any URL within the website ERPOnline.vn to build your own referral URLs. For instance https://www.erponline.vn/en/discussions/?ref=AffiliateCode, or just https://www.erponline.vn/?ref=AffiliateCode and put the URLs within your email, your blog, your company website, your facebook page, etc. Everyone who comes to ERPOnline.vn from your referral URL will be considered as your potential customer within 20 days since then. If they place an order within 20 days, you will get your commission.

For each affiliate code you create, you can set its time to get (aka Commssion Plan, from 1 month to 12 months). The more months you set, the less commission you'll get for each month (but you'll get more commission in the end totally).

En order to encourage consummers to use your affiliate code (instead of others'), you can share your commission with consumers so that they can get discount when placing orders to us using the affiliate code of yours.

Commission Plan is a time-base commission in addition to the standard commission which varies as mentioned in the table above, depending on the months you set for the corresponding Affilite Code

How your commission is calculated

Your commission for each order you refer is an amount calculated as the fomular below:

Commissin Amount = Standard Commission + Commission Plan

Where:

Standard commission is based on your current Agent Level at the time your commission is calculated.
Commission Plan is based on number of months you choose to get commission. The more months you choose, the less commission you get each month. In case you choose to get commission for multiple months and your.

Examples

Example 1: Assume that your agen level would be standard, your affiliate code was set to get commission for 1 month and you don't give any discount to your customer. So, for each order referred by tour code, you will get 5% (as standard commission) + 20% (as specified by commission plan) = 25% of the order value for ONLY ONE MONTH. For instance, if the order value was $1,000, you'd get $250 totally.

Example 2: Assume that your agen level would be standard, your affiliate code was set to get commission for 12 months and you don't give any discount to your customer. So, for each order referred by tour code, you will get 5% (as standard commission) + 5% (as specified by commission plan) = 10% of the order value for continuous TWELVE MONTHS. For instance, if the order value was $1,000, you'd get $100 * 12 months = $1.200 totally. But if the customer terminated the order after 6 months, you'd just get $100 * 6 months = $600 totally at the end.

Example 3: Assume that your agen level would be standard, your affiliate code was set to get commission for 12 months and the code was also set to give 20% of your commission to your customer. So,

Your orginal commission percentage will be: 5% + 5% = 10%
You give away 20% of your commission to remain: 10% - 20%*10% = 8%, and your customer will be discounted 10% - 8% = 2%
When a customer place and order with value of $1,000/mo using your affiliate code, you will get $80 per month (instead of $100/month since your code was set to give away 20%). Your final customer order value will be $980 (instead of $1,000)
if the customer does not terminate the order, you will get commission for all 12 months. I.e. $80 * 12 = $960 totally.
